I know this is old news, but isn't anyone bothered that volkswagons new el presidente hasn't given the green light for a new Bugatti production model? I haven't even seen a Bugatti concept, besides the Pur Sang Veyron ripoff (200 grand for a different(ish) body? The paint job on the veyron is probably more expensive than the body panels.)
Bottom Line: Volkswagon spent 500 million dollars and 8 years to put Bugatti back on the map. And it worked, big time. And now they give up?! They say that Bugatti would take away from Bentley sales, but that is garbage. A Bentley Arnage is as competant a luxury car as a minivan is a sports car; the new Bugatti saloon would be 2 times more expensive, and would be the best four door in the world. Giving up on Bugatti right when the hype is so high is a mistake, and I think everyone will begin to relize that when the Veyron starts to fade from memory.
