Default Hyundai Genesis to blow away 5 series, Infinity M, G8 and 300C with 380hp?

The rear-wheel drive premium sports sedan scheduled to grace the Hyundai lineup in 2008, is expected to produce 380hp, way more than anythibg in its price-range. According to a recent post on the HyundaiExchange forums, Hyundai’s R&D Chief Hyun-Soon Lee revealed to company officials that the V8 engine would output the 380hp figure in its new RWD sedan.

With this power, Hyundai has been able to produce more power than Pontiac's G8, Chrysler's 300, Infinity's M and Lexus's GS. This will even be comparable with 5 series and Mercedes C-class. It also produces the same amount of hp as Lexus LS, from a same engine size. What an achievement!!! And now it will even have the essential parts of a sports sedan: RWD, V8 power, + 350hp, cool technology and great interior/exterior design. Genesis= Avalon's price and LS's output.

It is expected to have standard features such as Bluetooth technology, HD radio, navigation and active cruise control. It also has safety features like front, side and rear airbags, anti-lock brakes and stability control.

Man, I can't wait for this car and the new Tiburon. If this 4.6 V8 goes into the Tiburon, then it will blow off Mustang, 350Z and many other cars in it's range (and sadly enough, even the Audi TT
