Well to be honest, I am somewhat aware of your budget. I am not 100% for doing this but possible start things off with some flashy things to your car to make it stand out. Instead of using your budget on rims right away. - Rims are gonna cost you 100+ bucks a peice. Look into getting some white racing stripes. That would look nice on your red neon. Then put some LED neons on that bitch lol. Just do the small things while you save up so it improves your car overall Look!

Daaaaaymn that red Neon looks tight. I have a black '95 Neon and I too am looking to improve its look. My budget is pretty tight (being a High School student and all) so so far all I've got done is window tinting. Any idea how much I'd be looking to pay for a relatively cheap body kit? Also, neon glow is illegal where I'm from but I'd like to get it anyway, how much would that cost?
