Would love to add some stuff here:

Before choosing turbo make sure:
1. That the ECU has the ability to handle turbo-boosting
2. That the injector has enough size to supply extra fuel
3. That you use fuel of the proper quality, pressure and volume
4. That knock sensing apparatus is equipped
5. The compression ratio has been brought down to at least 8.5.

Things that can harm turbo:
1. Lack of lubrication
2. Low oil pressure
3. Blocked air filters
4. Undersized plumbing
5. Over-fueling the engine
6. Hot engine shut-down (Most common mistake by biggeners who have turbo charged cars)

A great link regarding turbocharging

Default My car

I have been looking for a charger for some time now but havin a hard time finding it.
also i've seen this guys car that lives a few blocks away he drives a 19something dodge neon like me. but his is all super charged and all that.
i wonder on a stock engine 2.0L 96 neon would it just be to much power for the car to handle?

Well your neighbors car is probably an srt-4. That's the stock turbocharged version of the neon. It has other perks of course, but that is what stands out. I don't know dodge motors so I can't really say how much power your engine could stand. It depends 2JZ-GTE's (Toyota Supra MKIV motor) can take 800HP at the wheels on stock internals, however most will only take about 100HP or so (very rough figure) before forged internals would be required. Do your research, get on dodge neon forums they'll be able to better answer you.
