Would love to add some stuff here: Before choosing turbo make sure: 1. That the ECU has the ability to handle turbo-boosting 2. That the injector has enough size to supply extra fuel 3. That you use fuel of the proper quality, pressure and volume 4. That knock sensing apparatus is equipped 5. The compression ratio has been brought down to at least 8.5. Things that can harm turbo: 1. Lack of lubrication 2. Low oil pressure 3. Blocked air filters 4. Undersized plumbing 5. Over-fueling the engine 6.
