Will sub shatter windows?

Default Will sub shatter windows?

Will a sub played loud potentially shatter windows? (car windows).

I heard some reviews of people getting there windows cracked....so wanted to take some precautions before going all out, thats why asked...

I really don't see that happening. If your system is that good you'll wim enough sound competitions to buy news widows lol.

We have seen several sunroofs and rear windscreans shatter. Was due to SPL not the actual frequency though. A window is more dampened and secured but I am sure it can be done. BTW the system we had that shattered the sunroof was only 800watts which is humble by todays SEMA inflated figures.

Volvospeed are you sure about it ? Because till now i have seen cars that produce 190+ db and nothing has ever happened to their windows. And theyr doors, boots, and roof is only damped.

BTW Can we see the system ?
