First off are the sections vinyl or plastic? Look up SEM color coat if your going to be painting vinyl. If it's plastic your basic spray paint should work just fine. In either case you may want to sand lightly over the pieces to smooth them out. Be sure to put some primer on it before you paint. After that just spray it on, not too difficult.
